Multimedia Fitness Project Requirements
Using the following criteria, design a HyperCard, HyperStudio, Power Point or HTML presentation.
It should be a working model for you and others to use to perform some useful task or function.
The task may be but not limited to educate, entertain, persuade or program data for the
user in a area of sport or physical fitness. We will showcase and evaluate your project at the
end of the trimester. You may find some help for your program on my web site at

A. Stack Requirements
- project pre-planning checklist completed
- navigation - movement through the stack with ease
- design - consistent - has a purpose - common text objects, clip art, and buttons (see design guidelines)
- text - simple and brief - free of any errors
- consistent font and style in text objects
- clipart - at least one item of original artwork
- on-screen directions that are easy to understand, including one help card
- content that relates directly to the topic
- graphics
B. Card Requirements
- 5 cards or more ( If your stack is to have less then 5 cards see me)
- 1 help card
- 1 title, or map card or 1 abstract card
- 1 table of contents with buttons linking the user to the rest of the stack
- 1 or more backgrounds
- 1 bibliography
- 1 credit card listing the names of all the students who contributed to the project

C. Button Requirements
Navigational buttons that follow a logical order. All cards are linked
buttons in the foreground and the background

D. Field/text Requirements

E. Other Media Requirements
- include two or more of the following in your stack
- Quick time move
- laser disc
- sound/music
- graphics with color
- hide/show fields
- blinking fields/icons or text
- moving fields/icons/text
- animation
- intermediate scripting - put /get, ask/ answer, if /then, math functions ect
- digital camera picture
- scanner
- internet access
- digital video
level 4 = excels in the above requirements
level 3 = meets all the above requirements
level 2 = meets most the above requirements
level 1 = meets few of the above requirements
